<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recorder being a hologram memory system which operates at a high speed and can be miniaturized, and can provide lower price and higher reliability by using a reflection type spatial light modulation element having a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The optical information recorder is used, which has, as a spatial light modulation element, a reflecting electrode 330 for reflecting light from a light source and a semi-transparent film 331 arranged closer to the light source side than to the reflecting electrode 330 through space to show semi-transparency to light from the light source, and has a reflection type optical interference modulation element in which the reflectivity of light from the light source is changed by controlling an interval between the reflecting electrode 330 and the semi-transparent film 331. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
