<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxide-based magnetic material the relative temperature coefficient of whose inductance is improved while keeping high the Q of the oxide-based magnetic material and in which additive components excluding PbO and the amounts of additives are selected. <P>SOLUTION: The oxide-based magnetic material to be used in a high-frequency wave band contains in terms of oxides 10-50 mol% Fe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 0-8 mol% (excluding 0 mol%) CuO, 37-89.5 mol% NiO, 0.5-2 mol% CoO and 0-5 mol% (excluding 0 mol%) Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>as principal components and 5-15 wt.% Bi<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>and 0.3-3 wt.% SiO<SB>2</SB>as additive components. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
