<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer transactions about all of financial commodities including commodity futures trade via a shop-visit type shop. <P>SOLUTION: A shop opening for 24 hours is developed for allowing a customer to perform financial transaction at any time. A customer visiting the shop for the first time inputs required items on a PC terminal 3 at a reception after being informed of commodity explanations and the like and agreeing with them. Input data directly accesses a shop database 7 via a shop terminal 4 and accesses a database 8 for a commodity trader via a commodity trader terminal 5. Then, an examination is performed to judge whether the customer can open an account or not instantly. If the customer passes the examination, the customer opens an account and pays a necessary amount into the shop. Afterward, a membership card with an IC chip is delivered to the customer, and the customer can join trade in a dealing room.
