<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the trouble such as the life shortening of a battery 2 or the battery-down caused by externally attaching electrical equipment 5 by a user, in a controller A for a generator which is so arranged as to regenerate motive power by raising the voltage of generated electricity at deceleration of a vehicle, etc. thereby accelerating the charge of a battery 2 while reducing the drive load of a generator 1 to reduce fuel consumption by lowering the voltage of generated electricity. <P>SOLUTION: This controller changes the output voltage of a generator 1 from the first voltage to the second voltage (step SA8), and then determines the connection of additional electric equipment 5 to the battery 2 and inhibits the level switching control of generated voltage (step SA14), when the amount of drop (actualΔV) of the battery voltage Vb during passage of a specified timeΔt is larger (YES in step SA12) by a specified value or more than the amount of drop (referenceΔV) of voltage computed based on the properties stored in a property storage 10e. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
