PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide content to browsers in a manner that provides a variety of display configurations desired by users. SOLUTION: A plurality of frames forming an image display frame and a plurality of kinds of subjects to be operated for controlling the display configurations of the frames are provided. An actual content screen P21 in an SMIL file format where images to be displayed are designated for the plurality of frames is held in an SMIL file server 54. An actual content screen P22 or P23 constituting a plurality of next pages that differ in size and arrangement of the frames corresponding to the plurality of subjects to be operated is held in the SMIL file server 54. If any of the plurality of kinds of subjects to be operated is selected while the actual content screen P21 for the first page is displayed in the browsing display part 101 of a browsing computer 55 to be communicated, the actual content screen P22 or P23 for the next page corresponding to the selected subject to be operated can be sent to the browsing computer 55 and displayed.
