PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device of a liquid crystal display LCD device which is capable of providing gradation voltages most suitable for various types of LCD devices including a vertical alignment LCD device, by using a common general integrated circuit, and a LCD device including the same. SOLUTION: The driving device of the LCD device including a plurality of pixels includes a gradation voltage generation part for generating first and second reference gradation voltages, a common voltage generation part for generating a common voltage, and a data driving part for generating a data voltage on the basis of the first and second reference gradation voltages and applying the data voltage to the pixels. The gradation voltage generation part includes a resistance conversion part which changes the magnitude of the first reference gradation voltage in accordance with the type of the LCD device.
