PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition which has a stabilized surface resistivity and a short charged voltage damping half-time, excels in the balance of stability and static electricity dissipation performance and mechanical properties, and are suitably used in molded articles such as parts for conveyance of precision electric/electronic parts, and a molded article. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises 40-80 wt.% styrenic resin (A), 15-30 wt.% polyamide elastomer (B), and 5-30 wt.% fibrous reinforcing material (C), and the compounding amount (P) of the above polyamide elastomer (B) and the compounding amount (Q) of the above fibrous reinforcing material meet formula (1): P≥14+0.2×Q.
