PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise reduction mechanism of a vehicle capable of reducing both of ventilation resistance at an opening of a grill installed at a ventilation part communicated with an engine room and leakage of noises through the opening with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A noise reduction part 4 for restraining leakage of noises from an engine room to the outside of a vehicle is arranged on a rear face side seen from an air flowing direction of an opening 3 of a grill 2 provided to a ventilation part communicated with an engine room of the vehicle. The noise reduction part 4 is installed to rotate around a rotary axis along a peripheral edge of the opening 3 according to the pressure of an air passing through the opening 3.
