PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly apparatus for a ball screw device which prevents balls from being damaged, and does not cause ball clogging even in the ball screw device having a connection passage along the axial direction of a nut. SOLUTION: The assembly apparatus 15 for the ball screw device 1 is equipped with a support block 43, a nut reception base 40 which arranges a nut 4 in the longitudinal direction, and supports the nut 4 so as to elevate the nut with respect to the support block 23, a temporary shaft 16 which is inserted into an inner diameter side of the nut 4 provided on the nut reception base 40, and rotatably supported by the support block 43, an inclined face 31 which is formed at the tip end part of the temporary shaft 16 and guides the number of steel balls 7 loading on a charged circulation passage into a nut raceway groove 5, a circular annular elastic body 22 disposed at the central side of the temporary shaft 16, and a cylindrical body 23, in which the tip end protruding from the outer peripheral surface of the temporary shaft 16 presses the steel balls 7 fed into the nut raceway groove 5 by elasticity in the radial direction of the circular annular elastic body 22.
