PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and easily create teaching data by effectively utilizing data on the retreat point before and after the work point in existing teaching data. SOLUTION: A group is set including the data on the retreat point having relationship by each data on the work point from the existing teaching data Q, R (step S2). One of the groups is applied by each work point P1 to P4 of newly created teaching data P (step S3 to step S7).
