PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen separating membrane module capable of suppressing a weld metal from drooping and suppressing a width of the weld metal in the end parts of the hydrogen separating membrane from reducing in the result of drooping and capable of preventing a raw material gas from leaking when the peripheral edge part of the hydrogen separating membrane is seal-welded, and a method for manufacturing the same and a hydrogen manufacturing apparatus. SOLUTION: In a hydrogen separating membrane module (10) provided with a joint body (11) for joining a hydrogen separating membrane (4) with a porous reinforcement plate (1, 2, 3) and a base plate (12) for forming a purified gas recovery path (5) at the secondary side of the joint body (11), a protruding rim (14) is arranged at the periphery of the joint body arrangement surface (6) of the base plate (12) and the end face of the protruding rim (14) and the joint body (11) are seal-welded (13).
