PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a perforated corrugated plate which causes no deformation to the shape of the wave form after the molding by pitch stuffing. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the perforated corrugated plate has a length of the slit hole 20 as integral times as the developing length of the shape of the waveform and setting the distance X to the end part of the initial slit hole from the end part 10a of the corrugated plate material 10 to a range of a+b<X<a+b+c (provided that a: distance from the end part of the corrugated plate material to the starting position of folding with the molding roll, b: one forth length of the circumference drawn by the radius R of the peak of the shape of the waveform and c: height of the shape of the waveform H-2R).
