PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine bubble generation apparatus capable of generating fine bubbles by utilizing an energy of fall of a water stream as a power source and being operated at a low running cost. SOLUTION: The fine bubble generation apparatus is provided with a hydraulic ram (10) provided between a flowing water taking-in port (12A) and a flowing water discharge port (12B); a water storage tank (16) for accumulating water intermittently pumped by the hydraulic ram; and a choke tube (20) for delivering water in the water storage tank.
