PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hang everything inside a room by attaching a hanger hook to the groove of a rail in a head jamb which is considered after consideration as a place for hanging more than a present situation, where a curtain rail, etc., is used as the place to hang laundry or a clothes hanger, etc., or as an object to resist weight. SOLUTION: The rail hanger hook 18 or 19 is inserted to the rail of the head jamb. An angle is made to secure adhesiveness on an abutment surface between an insertion part and the groove of the rail in the head jamb. Rubber, etc., is used as slip resistance and force is made to work in the extending direction of the head jamb rail with the use of the force of springs. The hook 19 allows a heavy object to be hung since a shaft descending force is utilized by hanging a load, so as to expand an insertion part body and to work force in a direction to expand the head jamb rail from an inner side to an outer side. A nut is arranged in the lower part of the hook so as to be fastened. Thus, the hook is used regardless of heavy/lightweight. When the size of the rail hanger hook is changed, the hook is attached to the rail of a window sash, so that the hook is used for many purposes in response to the ideas of a manufacturer and a user.
