PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat sheet feeder for allowing a user to easily take out a toilet seat sheet by reducing a projecting dimension in attachment to a wall surface, and to easily set the taken out sheet on the toilet seat. SOLUTION: The toilet seat sheet feeder comprises a base body 21 with a flat structure, which is formed to be fixed in a state where one surface side comes into contact with the wall surface; inclination hooks 26 which are arranged in upper parts on the opposite surface of the base body 21 and extended to be higher in position as separated from the opposite surface; the toilet sheets 10 which have holes 11 formed at one end side to allow the inclination hooks 26 to pass through, face the opposite surface of the base body 21 at one surface side, and are hung from the inclination hooks 26 in a overlapping state; a cover 30 which is supported by the base body 22 so as to cover at least a part other than a lower part in the hanging toilet sheets; and a projection part 27 which is arranged by projection at a position which is overlapped with the lower part of the toilet sheets 10 hanging from the inclination hooks 26 in the opposite face side of the base body 21.
