A chip picker apparatus of a sawing sorter system is provided to remove load fail factors by loading precisely a semiconductor package on a tray without a fine deviation of the semiconductor package using one driving motor capable of rotating a plurality of adsorbing units. A chip picker apparatus for a sawing sorter system includes a body(100) for installing a driving motor(M2), a plurality of adsorbing units, a rotation guiding member, a rotation body, and a rotational force transfer member. The plurality of adsorbing units are vertically installed on the body in order to adsorb a semiconductor package. The rotation guiding member is installed on each adsorbing unit. The rotation body(300) is connected to a cam shaft of the driving motor. The rotation body is parallel with the rotation guiding member. The rotational force transfer member is used for connecting the rotation body with the rotation guiding member. The adsorbing units are rotated by the driving motor.
