A motor control apparatus of an electric braking system for a vehicle is provided to remarkably reduce the noise of the vehicle by outputting a motor drive signal shorter than a control period of an electronic control unit and longer than an interrupt control period. An electric braking system includes a hydraulic circuit controlling the hydraulic pressure of a wheel cylinder to brake a vehicle. A motor control apparatus of the electric braking system for the vehicle includes a motor(160), a motor drive section(140), and an electronic control unit(130). The motor is installed in the hydraulic circuit. The motor drive section is adapted to drive the motor. The electronic control unit outputs a motor drive signal for controlling the speed of the motor to the motor drive section. The motor drive signal is determined by using a pulse width modulation. |
