The device has an operating device (12), and an actuator (14) to carry out a movement of the device (12) in a released position against a pretensioning force. The device (12) has a parking blocking arm (16) which is supported at an axle (22) and engages in a toothed wheel (26) in a form fit manner in an indented position. The device (12) has an elbow joint arrangement (40) which cooperates with the arm in such a way that the movement of the arm is carried out by the elbow joint arrangement depending on an actuation of the actuator.
