A seal plate supporting device for constructing a concrete structure is provided to support a seal plate to the inside of a form strongly by locating a support plate in a hollow of a main body of the seal plate. The invention relates to a seal plate supporting device for constructing a concrete structure capable of supporting a seal plate to the inside of a form strongly using a support plate only by forming a seal plate(100) provided with a hollow(120) in the center of a main body(110), supporting the seal plate with a support plate(200) and an auxiliary support plate(200') by locating the end of the support plate to one side of the hollow and fixing an elastic rubber plate(300) to one side of the support plate by a C-shaped fixing nail, locating fixing pieces(210') of the support plate and the auxiliary support plate to the inside of a form(400) and fixing with fixing nails(211) to fix the seal plate in the form strongly, so that the support plate is fixed by the form and the seal plate is supported by the support plate.
