A door open prevention method for a car smart key system is provided to prevent a door from being opened when a driver having a smart key pulls a handle of the door to check a door lock state. A door open prevention method for a car smart key system includes the steps of transmitting a low frequency from a smart key module; automatically transmitting a radio frequency from FOB after receiving the low frequency; verifying the FOB in the smart key module through a radio frequency antenna; locking a door through a DDM; transmitting the low frequency to the FOB by driving the low frequency antenna when a capacitive sensor is operated; verifying the FOB in the smart key module through the radio frequency antenna; and stopping operation of the capacitive sensor when a lock switch is pushed.
