CONTINUOUS ION EXCHANGE SCRUBBER

A continuous ion exchange scrubber which substantially improves the purification efficiency of contaminated gas by performing adsorption of contaminated gas and regeneration of ion exchange fibers continuously and simultaneously within a chamber is provided. A continuous ion exchange scrubber comprises: a housing(11); an adsorption part(40) which is installed as at least one layer in the housing such that each layer includes ion exchange fibers; a regenerating liquid supply part(71) installed on an upper part of each layer of the adsorption part and connected to a regenerating liquid inflow pipe(61) to supply a regenerating liquid to the adsorption part; at least one gas inlet(21) disposed at a position lower than a lowermost layer of the adsorption part; at least one gas outlet(22) disposed at a position higher than an uppermost layer of the adsorption part; and a regenerating liquid drainpipe(31) formed on a lower part of the housing to drain a used regenerating liquid. The adsorption part includes fixing plates having a plurality of fixing pins for fixing the ion exchange fibers.
