A menu management apparatus and method of a mobile terminal are provided to allow a user to register a frequently used menu or function in my menu and simply execute the frequently used menu or function without a key manipulation. An input unit(60) inputs a command for selecting a menu or a function in a my menu. A controller(70) analyzes the inputted command and controls executing of a corresponding menu or function according to analysis result. A display unit(90) displays the controlled menu or function. A memory(80) stores the menu or function.
