A cam pierce apparatus for a press mold, which is constructed in a compact structure to increase strength of the mold and easily perform piercing operation by minimizing a part for avoiding interference with an upper mold pad, is provided. In a cam pierce apparatus(30) for a press mold, which is installed at one side of the press mold that press forms a workpiece(P) to perform punching of the workpiece, the cam pierce apparatus comprises: a hydraulic cylinder(40) installed on an upper surface of a lower mold(L); a pierce punch set(32) connected to a front face of the hydraulic cylinder and moved forward and backward according to operation of the hydraulic cylinder to punch the workpiece; and an operating member(34) fixed to an upper mold(U) to operate the hydraulic cylinder according to descent of the upper mold. The hydraulic cylinder comprises: a case(42); a first piston(46) installed at a first cylinder(44) connected to a rear part of the case and moved up and down according to operation of the operating member; and a second piston(49) installed at a second cylinder(48) connected to a front part of the case and moved side to side according to operation of the first piston.
