PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide forceps with excellent operability, with which a movement restricting means is stably changed-over. SOLUTION: A wheel dial 50 for operating changing-over is pivotally attached to a handle 30 so as to be rotatable and is partially exposed to an outer part. The forceps are provided with a push rod 52 which is engaged with the surface of the wheel dial 50 and is moved in an attachable/detachable direction with respect to the wheel dial 50 in response to the rotation of the wheel dial 50 and a latchet gear 54 which is pressurized in response to the movement of the push rod 52 and is energized in the opposite direction to the pressure direction from the push rod 52. Latchet teeth 54d are formed in the latchet gear 54 and latched teeth 64d are formed in a mobile operation handle 60. The latchet teeth 54d and 64d are mutually engaged when the latchet gear 54 is pressurized by the push rod 52. |
