<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information notifying method and program by which both a user and a manager have hardly so many burdens, easily manage an organization situation and can quickly correspond to a problem when there is the problem. SOLUTION: These method and program include a first decision step for deciding whether a user answer is abnormal from an answer to a question, a second decision step for deciding that a group is abnormal in the case that the number of users who are decided to be abnormal in the first decision step among users belonging to the group to which a plurality of users belong is equal to or more than a predetermined ratio, and a step for notifying a first contact address made to correspond to a user when the answer is decided to be abnormal in the first decision step, and for notifying a second contact address made to correspond to the group when the group is decided to be abnormal in the second decision step.</p> |
