A mounting structure of a rear seat of a vehicle is provided to simply assembling the rear seat by fixing a seat bag of the rear seat with a fixing bracket. In a mounting structure of a rear seat of a vehicle, a fixing bracket(100) includes a first catching section(110) and a second catching section(120). The first catching section has a U-shaped cross-section by bending a plate. The first catching section has a semicircular shape on both sides of an upper end portion of the fixing bracket. The second catching section has a hook-like shape on both sides of a lower end portion of the fixing bracket. The second catching section is caught by a hook wire of a seat cushion and the first catching section is caught by the lower end of the seat bag frame. |
