An electric generator using a braking power is provided to recycle the energy by converting the thermal energy generated by operation of a brake system into electric energy. A piezoelectric device(9) is installed on a surface of a brake disc which comes in contact with a pad of a caliper, and a gear portion is formed on an outer periphery of the brake disc. A generator(20) generates electric current using rotation force of the brake disc. A charging battery(22) is charged with the electric current generated by the generator. An actuator enables the generator to mesh with the gear portion of the brake disc when the piezoelectric device generates the electric current. |
