A positive crankcase ventilation valve is provided to prevent operating noise caused due to movement of a piston during operation of the positive crankcase ventilation valve. A positive crankcase ventilation valve includes a valve case(5), a fixed member(11), a piston(17), and a return spring(19). The valve case has a linear inner space having ends with an inlet port(1) and an outlet port(3). The fixed member is fixed in the valve case, and cuts off the communication between the inlet port and the outlet port. The fixed member has a fixed side valve face(9) having a plurality of fixed side communicating holes(7). The piston cuts off the communication between the inlet port and the outlet port, and is arranged to be linearly movable with respect to the fixed member. The piston has a movable side valve face(15) having a plurality of movable side communicating holes(13). The return spring presses the piston toward the fixed member.
