A transducer electrode structure is provided to minimize a levitation force of a transducer by allowing electrodes to form with a height difference from each other. A transducer electrode structure includes a first electrode(10) and a second electrode(20). The first electrode has a cone shape and is formed in a convex shape. A top of the first electrode has a plane shape. The second electrode has a cone shape and is formed in a concave shape. Inner side of the second electrode has a plane shape. The first electrode and the second electrode are mounted to approach to each other. The first electrode and the second electrode are mounted with a height difference so as to reduce a levitation force. It is preferable that the levitation force makes zero by controlling the height difference.
