A solution supplying device of an electrical steel sheet coating equipment is provided to coat the solid material-removed aqueous magnesium oxide solution onto a surface of a strip uniformly after removing solid materials contained in an aqueous magnesium oxide solution, and improve coating quality of the strip by preventing bubbles from generating in the aqueous magnesium oxide solution supplied onto the strip even when the strip has defective flatness. In a solution supplying device of an electrical steel sheet coating equipment, which supplies an aqueous magnesium oxide solution onto a surface of a strip(S), the device comprises: an aqueous solution storage tank(10) which is formed above a strip proceeding path, and is formed in a container shape to store an aqueous magnesium oxide solution(20); a pair of crushing rolls(30) disposed in an upper part within the aqueous solution storage tank, rotationally engaged with each other to scoop up the aqueous magnesium oxide solution, and rotationally driven by a drive motor; and a guiding plate(40) of which one end is connected to an upper portion of the aqueous solution storage tank that flows over the aqueous magnesium oxide solution, which is inclined downward along a strip proceeding direction, and of which the other end is positioned adjacently to an upper surface of the strip, wherein a continuous groove is formed on an end of the guiding plate of the strip side along a width direction of the strip.
