An air direction controlling method of a CAN(Controller Area Network) system used a full automatic controller for a vehicle is provided to provide convenience for a usage and an installation by applying the CAN system to an existing vehicle. An air direction controlling method of a CAN system used a full automatic controller for a vehicle includes the steps of discharging indoor air or outdoor air through a vent located in a glass window side by a value measured by various sensor after starting an engine(S11), rapidly increasing a variation rate of an indoor temperature more than a variation rate of an outdoor variation rate by the indoor air or the outdoor air which are discharged(S12), reducing a discharging time of the indoor air or the outdoor air through the vent located in a glass window side(S13), and converting a discharging direction of the indoor air or the outdoor air discharged through the vent located in a glass window side to a vent toward a foot or a face of a human(S14).
