BROKERING OF PERSONALIZED RULESETS FOR USE IN DIGITAL MEDIA CHARACTER REPLACEMENT

A brokering service for a personalized rule-set used for replacing a digital media character is provided to control integration of personalized likeness data into media presentation. A plurality of rule-sets respectively related to each individual are stored. Each rule-set restricts the integration of the personalized likeness data into the media presentation data, and includes a rule for defining a condition integrating or not integrating the personalized likeness data into the media presentation. A request for the selected personalized rule-set is responded by transferring the rule-set to a requesting entity. The requesting entity is related to the selected individual and the request is related to generation of the personalized media presentation for the selected individual.
