A silencer for an air conditioning duct is provided to be more firmly assembled to a duct by forming an assembling hole through a splitter member from one side to another side. A silencer for an air conditioning duct includes a splitter member(10), an end part cap(20), and a silencer member(30). A member space part(11) is formed inside of the splitter member. The member space part is filled with the silencer member. A member insertion part(12) is formed on one end of the splitter member for being coupled to an other splitter member. A cap insertion part(13) is formed on the other end of the splitter member for coupling the end part cap. The silencer member is filled in the member space part of the splitter member in one body with the splitter member for absorbing sounds.
