A safety fence structure for crime prevention in a housing complex using decorative trees is provided to have environment-friendly effect by cutting off the entrance and exit of people, demarcating a building and planting decorative trees. The safety fence structure for crime prevention in a housing complex using decorative trees comprises a pair of vegetation posts(10a,10b) formed in the cylindrical shape, provided with a vegetation groove(12) and cut grooves(11) and installed on two sides at a certain distance, a ring-shaped vegetation connector(20) made of porous concrete, installed between a pair of the vegetation posts to make two ends inserted to the cut grooves of the vegetation posts and provided with plural guide bars(22) to guide the growth of vines in a circular space(21), and a U-shaped protection frame(30) coupled on the bottom of the vegetation posts strongly by binding bars coupled to plural through holes formed on two sides of an opening and controlling the distance between the vegetation posts according to the size of the vegetation connector by space bars coupled to the through holes.
