The casing (3) has an area of a drive chain (2) surrounding a drive gear (1), where the area that to be protected is accommodated and covered by the casing. The area is provided with an opening (4) that runs longitudinal to an inner surface line of the casing and passes in an assembled condition of the gear. The casing is partially held and centered on the drive chain and at the gear in the assembled condition.
