BAND SIGNALLING TRANSMITTER USING MULTIPLEX WAVEGUIDE STRUCTURES

A band signaling transmitter using multiplex waveguide structures is provided to transmit an electric signal of 50GHz or more generated from an MMIC mounted on a ceramic substrate. Signal transfer lines(210,220) of a multistage waveguide are connected to each other at least two stages on a substrate by at least two separated metal surfaces with different width and/or length by wiring an MMIC(Microwave Integrated Circuit Design). The signal transfer line has first double lines having two first metal surfaces separated by double-wiring the MMIC, and second double lines having two second metal surfaces different from the first metal surface in the width and length.
