The operating bar (1) is non-sectionalised and includes groups of fingers (2A) which protrude the same distance towards the space between two adjacent troughs. The groups are arranged in rows that each have a different radial orientation with respect to the bar. The fingers are used to support the troughs. The operating bar can be moved backwards and forwards in its length direction and rotated. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) Transfer apparatus with this movement device, used for moving cultivation troughs from one row to another or from a transverse conveyor to a row, or vice versa; (B) Greenhouse provided with the movement device or transfer apparatus; and (C) Greenhouse containing a movement device with operating bars which have non-articulated portions divided into two more sections provided with rows of fingers, the distances between the rows being different in each section.
