A vacuum system using a filter cartridge is provided to improve a vacuum responding speed for compressed air and to reduce vacuum loss with simple and compact constitution. A vacuum system(10) using a filter cartridge comprises a vessel type filter cartridge(11), an ejector pump(12), and a negative pressure operating unit. The vessel filter cartridge has a suction port(14), a compressed air inlet port(15), and a mounting port individually formed at a lower end of a side wall, and includes a filter arranged at an inner space sealed with a cap and filtering air introduced through the suction port. The ejector pump is installed to be adjacent to or inserted into the suction port by penetrating the mounting port of the filter cartridge, and places a through-hole formed at a nozzle body to be communicated with the inner space of the filter cartridge. The negative pressure operating unit is connected with the suction port of the filter cartridge.
