A headrest structure of a vehicle is provided to maintain the back set at a limit distance when interference is generated between a fixing stay and a seat back. A headrest is fixed to an upper portion of a vehicle seat by a pole guide bracket. A headrest fixing stay(10) is divided into an upper fixing stay(10a) and a lower fixing stay(10b). The upper and the lower fixing stay are connected to each other by a rotary shaft. The lowermost portion of the lower fixing stay has a wedge shape. When the lower end of the fixing stay and a seat back make contact with each other, a lower portion of the fixing stay is rotated about the rotary shaft. |
