The floor heating construction YK of the invention utilizes heat accumulated in soil D as the heat source for floor heating. The floor heating construction YK has a soil heat storage system 10.0 installed in its foundation. The soil heat storage system 100 has multiple electric resistance heating panels 102 placed on the surface of the soil D. The gross heating value of the multiple electric resistance heating panels 102 included in the soil heat storage system 100 is set according to a distance 't' between a building floor 150 and a surface layer of the soil heat storage system 100, such that a greater value is set to the gross heating value against a wider distance 't'. This arrangement attains the further improvement in floor heating with heat accumulated in soil as its heat source. |
