<p>A process automation system is provided to enhance system management efficiency by directly exchanging a mark-up language file between a process automation server and a manufacturing device through a mark-up language web transmission. A process automation system includes a manufacturing device(210) and a manufacturing execution server(200). The manufacturing device converts status information, which is generated in a manufacturing process, to a mark-up language file and transmits the converted result to an upper level through a web communication(220) through an HTTP(Hypertext Transfer Protocol) web scheme. The manufacturing execution server stores a mark-up language file received from the manufacturing device, converts the stored mark-up language file to a text file, and supplies the converted text file to a manager.</p> |
