A quadrant inner cover for a vehicle is provided to form a mounting boss at an upper portion of the inner side surface of a quadrant inner cover such that the quadrant inner cover shares a mounting point with a side mirror. A quadrant inner cover covers the position where a side mirror is coupled with a vehicle door. The quadrant inner cover includes a screw boss(10), a bolt mount(20), and a bolt holder(30). The screw boss is formed on the inner side surface of the quadrant inner cover. Both ends of the bolt mount are fixed to the screw boss. The bolt holder protrudes from the center portion of the bolt mount. A bolt for fixing the side mirror is inserted and fixed to the bolt holder.
