A security device for a vehicle, such as a car, caravan or trailer, has an elongate body (1, fig 1) provided with two holes (2, 3, fig 1), through which the device can be bolted to the stud holes of a road wheel hub after removal of two of the existing wheel fixing studs. One end of the body of the device extends beyond the circumference of the wheel when fitted to a wheel hub, thereby restraining rotation of the wheel. Security bolts (5, fig 2) removable by means of a security key (6, fig 2) are used to secure the device to a wheel. A third hole (4, fig 1) may be provided to accommodate the centre of the hub cap.
