The apparatus has reprogrammation contacts (48) disposed on a printed circuit board (20) at a distance from contact terminals (26) for a memory card (12), in a space occupied by a connector block (24) on the board. The contacts emerge into an inner volume of the block and apply electrical reprogrammation signals. The printed circuit board supports and connects a set of electronic components with a reprogrammable microcontroller (22). An independent claim is also included for a plug-ended card for the connection of an autonomous electronic apparatus.
