A first circuit (1) is used for the generation of heat for the heating system, a second circuit (2) is used for the generation of heat for the hot water supply. Two parallel operated condensing furnaces (3,4) are integrated in an advance piping (5) at the second circuit (2). A three way valve (10) facilitates the control of the flow to a first heat exchanger (8) and a bypass (12) leading to the return duct (13). The circuits are kept separate by a hydraulic function.
