The device (3) has a rotatably supported shaft (6) with a rolling surface (11). A movably supported drive body (12) is provided with another rolling surface (14), and consists of ferro magnetic material. The shaft and the drive body are designed such that the former rolling surface mutually reacts with another rolling surface under influence of the magnetic force to rotate the shaft at the latter rolling surface, during movement of the drive body under rolling of the former rolling surface. An independent claim is also included for an assembling head for assembling of substrates with the electrical components.
