A system and a method for controlling a PC cluster-based multi-projection display are provided to expand/supplement a PC cluster-based system to a structure suitable for a multi-projection display system by integrally controlling operation of a plurality of PCs and an application program embedded in each PC based on inputted information, and integrally projecting an image synchronized with the plurality of projectors. A user interface(100) receives information required for displaying the image synchronized with the projectors(610). A server(200) integrally controls the operation of the PCs(410) and the application program embedded in each PC based on the inputted information, and integrally enables the projectors to project the synchronized image by executing the application program. A multi-projector part projects the image to a screen by respectively receiving image information from the PCs of a PC cluster. The server integrally controls the application program of each PC by transferring an integrated execution command to the PCs of the PC cluster through the network(300).
