A coater pan structure for supplying an insulation coating solution is provided to improve quality of a coating layer by allowing temperature of the insulation coating solution of a coater pan to be controlled to a proper range in a three-roll type coating apparatus. In structure of a coater pan installed to supply an insulation coating solution to be coated on the surface of a strip(S), a coater pan structure for supplying the insulation coating solution comprises: a double coater pan in which an internal space is formed on the bottom of the coater pan such that cooling water passes through the internal space; and a cooling water passage formed in a zigzag shape by a plurality of partitions(12) within the internal space on the bottom of the double coater pan so as to circulate cooling water that is supplied into the internal space through a cooling water supply pipe(14) and discharged through a cooling water discharge pipe(16). The coater pan structure further comprises: a solution supply pipe(40) connected to an upper coater pan(10) installed above the strip; and a solution distributor(50) which is installed on an end of the solution supply pipe, and has a solution guiding face(52).
