A hood mounting system of a vehicle is provided to improve the workability by maintaining constant coupling torque of a bolt for fixing a hinge. A hood mounting system of a vehicle includes a hood arranging jig(3), a hood setting jig(7), a hood setting robot(9), a hood bolting jig(13), and a hood opening unit(15). The hood arranging jig arranges a hood. The hood setting jig is located on a side surface of the body where the hood is mounted, in order to guide the opened hood to an accurate position on the vehicle body. The hood setting robot moves the arranged hood to the hood setting jig. The hood bolting robot fixes a hinge of the hood in the body by bolts. The hood opening unit maintains the opened state of the hood when the hood is mounted and closes the hood if the mounting of the hood is competed.
