A footwear having many springs is provided to allow the whole of the heel or sole to efficiently absorb and damp the shock caused when the underside of the footwear gets to the ground surface during walking so as to prevent the body weight from being concentrated on a specific portion of the foot sole, and to prevent fatigue accumulated by the long wearing. The footwear having many springs comprises: an outsole(110), shaped in a form of a foot sole, and having a determined face and thickness so as to be in contact with the ground surface; many springs(120), arranged on the outsole(110) in a uniformly distributed manner so as to absorb and damp the shock caused by walking; a midsole(130), attached onto each upper end of the springs(120) so as to prevent the springs(120) from being deviated from their determined position, and having also a form of the foot sole; and an insole(140), arranged on the midsole(130) so as to be in direct contact with the foot sole.
